Mexico City
I’ve got to say I really enjoyed Mexico city. I found the people very chilled and happy. There are subtle undertones of the city’s underworld. But find me a fully-functioning city (not a tourist spot trap) that hasn’t got that. The architecture is a good old mix of Spanish colonial, remains of the Aztec city below, and the modern world. Super busy and vibrant, the locals going about their days around you.
